A middle school student recently embarked on a path that would lead to scientific breakthrough. They set out to find which species of garbage bag is the strongest, and which holds the most. Teachers worldwide groaned unanimously at the originality of the experiment - yet the student persisted. Our investigative team has reached out to the student and their family, in an attempt to glean some details on the matter. Allegedly, it all started some day on the first week of December 2018. The student was assigned to make a project for the science fair, and this was their idea. Test the strength of each brand of garbage bag and determine a winner. Nobody expected, or so we were told, that sentient life would result. Three hours into testing, and another garbage bag ripped open. This one contained household chemicals and regular food waste - a disgusting mix. Our investigative team reasons that the specific blend of chemicals and rotten food mixed together and formed new life.
